For users of the 5.5 HP Big Bore™ Gas Air Compressor (MAC5501G, sold separately), Makita offers a customization option with the Throttle Control Kit. The kit includes all parts needed to upgrade from the bullwhip-style throttle control to a pneumatic-style throttle control.
